The 5S Action Tag station is used for tracking when an action tag has been issued and for what reason. This maintains 5S in the workplace by labeling any piece of equipment that is unused, broken, for repair or incorrect. The 5S Action station comes with Perspex holders to hold new action tags to be filled out attached the the piece of equipment.
